In this imaging method, a microfocus X-ray generator with a small focus size of several microns or tens of microns is used. This model of X-ray generator device is used with 120KV voltage and 2mA current and 0.6mm focus size, and it is possible to take images at 1 geometric magnification. This device can be used for imaging large size electronic boards and equipment, various connectors and industrial parts.

  • CTech-P102 model (microfocus standard class)

This device model is used for microfocus imaging of electronic components and boards. X-ray generator with 80KV voltage and 0.7mA current and 0.033mm focus size is used, and it is possible to take images in multiple magnifications. This device can be used for imaging boards and electronic components. Considering that there is a possibility of tilting in the imaging process, it is possible to check the board in different layers and angles.

  • desktop class (economical)

This device is used to scan electronic components and boards and small equipment in dimensions of 140mmx140mm in vertical angle. The low price of this class of device, due to the limitation of the motion system and dimensions of the scannable area compared to the standard device, makes it very important for specific use as a desktop device. This class of device can be used to scan electronic components (such as IC, resistor, capacitor, connector, etc.).
